M A N D A T E

The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) leads in the implemenation of metro-wide services which transcend local political boundaries.

It has consistenly promoted progress, ensuring the country's goal for economic stability and sustainable development.

While it has gone a long way in creating an impact in the improvement of the Filipinos, much work still needs to be done. This remains a part of the challenge of metropolitan governance.
