TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT
	Improved Enforcement Discipline – A Traffic Intercept Team has been formed under the Motor Cycle Group, whereby motorcycle units work as a team when intercepting drivers who evade traffic apprehensions.
	Roadside Traffic Arbitration Unit – This unit was created purposely to resolve traffic complaints filed by motorists against traffic enforcers right at the place of apprehension. It aims to resolve traffic complaints expeditiously within an hour. To date, a total of 3,273 traffic complaints have been resolved through Roadside Traffic Arbitration. Arbiters are deployed strategically along EDSA.
	Accreditation of Tow Truck Operators – All tow trucks operators operating in Metro Manila whether privately owned or registered with the local government units (LGUs) are required to register anew with the MMDA. The registration is implemented as a means of controlling and monitoring the activities and services of tow trucks operating within Metro Manila, by virtue of a Metro Manila Council resolution adopted for the purpose.
