Office of the Assistant General manager for Planning

A. CIVIL ENGINEERS
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Not more than 30 years old
• At least 3 years of work experience in any related field
• With experience in planning, designing, costing and overseeing construction projects
• Good technical and working knowledge in construction execution
• Possess leadership qualities and a team player
• Good knowledge in quality control
• Good in MS Office and a fair knowledge in AutoCAD
• The candidate must be fluent in oral & written English

B. ARCHITECT

Requirements:
• Must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture
• At least 3 years of work experience in any related field
• Not more than 30 years old
• With good knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
• Able to prepare execution drawings / rendering using AutoCAD

C. SOCIOLOGIST

Requirements:
• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Psychology, Social Science, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent
• The candidate must have a relevant background in participatory method and gender issues
• At least 3 years of work experience in any related field

D. ECONOMIST

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
• At least 5 years of work experience in any related field

E. STATISTICIAN

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mathematics or equivalent
• Preferably 2-5 years work experience specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent
• Must possess good inter-personal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

F. WRITER

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be proficient in writing speeches, reports and business correspondence
• Excellent work knowledge of MS Office applications
• Proactive and must be able to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Not more than 30 years old
• Must have pleasing personality

G. URBAN / REGIONAL PLANNER

Requirements:
• Must possess a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning
• Preferably 3.5 years of experience in urban and regional planning
• Computer literate
